14/6/2016

The Smart Life in Fife Project Team encourage all residents of Fife to go onto their  website www.smartlifeinfife.org and have a look. If there is a particular area of their daily life which causes some difficulty, then they  can complete an assessment. People in Fife can do this on behalf of someone they care for as well as for themselves. Completing an assessment will provide expert advice on what you can do to make everyday activities easier.
Please contact the Smart Life in Fife project team for more information by emailing smartlife@fife.gov.uk
