Festive Shopping Event is Well Wrapped Up

7/11/2017

On Friday, 3rd November, we held our Festive Shopping Event, organised by Maggie MacDonald and Sophie McInnes at the Kingswood Hotel, near Burntisland.
The evening was a fantastic success and was enjoyed by the many people who came along and shopped at the wide array of stalls by local producers, suppliers and artisan crafters, whilst enjoying entertainment, beverages and purchasing raffle tickets.
The evening raised an amazing:
                           £2298.85
This money will be used to provide additional hours of support to Carers and their loved ones.

Crossroads Fife Central is incredibly grateful for the monies raised but also to all who  took part in the evening.

Special thanks go to Maggie Macdonald, one of our Support Workers, and Sophie McInnes, for their hard work organising the event and contacting absolutely everyone who was involved. Maggie (centre) and Sophie (outside left) are pictured here with Crossroads staff members.
We are very thankful to The Kingswood Hotel who allowed us to use their premises and worked hard to ensure people had a lovely time on the evening.

John Murray, a local DJ, and young singer Lily Mentiplay provided the evening's entertainment. Over twenty local producers, crafters and businesses attended the evening and they, with other individuals and businesses generously donated prizes for the raffle.
